Ordering & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that:

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If there are any issues (such as an item being out of stock), we will contact you right away to make it right.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.

This helps us reduce packaging waste and shipping costs.

Shipping

Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Each TaguArtsy piece is artisan-made. Because tagua is a natural material, slight variations in color, shape, and size are normal and part of its beauty.

Photos are taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, but screen settings may cause slight differences.
