PROCESSING TIME


The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Generally, we try to ship item(s) within 1-3 business days of the date of the order. During the month of November, we ship within 2-4 business days. Occasionally, there will be delays. If you have not received a notice of shipment within 5 business days, please reach out to info@taguartsy.com. Pre-ordered items are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of the order. Any items ordered with a Pre-order item will ship when Pre-order item ships. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation (email address provided at the time of checkout) which can take up to 24 hours. A second email will be received once your order has been processed and it ready to be shipped. This second email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package. If there is a problem with your package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. If there are any issues, please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

**CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

For buyers outside of the USA, please allow additional time for your purchase to clear your country's customs.  Order may be subject to additional taxes and/or customs charges imposed by country's customs office.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not registered to collect VAT, GST or any other taxes or fees on behalf of your country’s tax or customs authorities. If taxes or fees are owed to government, buyers will be responsible for paying them when order has been received.

For UK buyers: Please be aware that your country's customs office may charge you a VAT fee. There may also be a handling fee from the UK post office. VAT and Royal Mail handling charges are not included in the price of your item unless otherwise stated and may be shown as additional shipping fees on your Royal Mail receipt.

OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION

TaguArtsy is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost products or products damaged in the mail (please contact USPS or your local post office)

  • Products marked delivered by the carrier, though you haven't received it (please contact USPS or your local post office).

  • Missing details or incorrect address provided to us (if we have already mailed your package, please contact your local postal service)

  • Stolen packages

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS


Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges of our products at the moment. This is subject to change, and if so, we will notify our customers with any details regarding this change.

 

All sales are final, and we therefore do not offer any refunds on products sold from TaguArtsy. We would however,  be happy to hear from you if there are any issues with your purchased product.

REFUND TRANSACTIONS


We at TaguArtsy enact measures to prevent the purchase of any product that is not currently in our warehouse. However, in the event that we cannot fulfill your order or the product of choice has been discontinued or is no longer available a full refund for the purchase price will be issued with 3 – 5 business days. We can also offer you store credit or a similar product of your choice that would be discounted the amount you spent on the unfulfilled product. We hope to make your experience with us a pleasant one, therefore, if you would not like store credit or a similar item at the same price (or discounted by the amount paid from the unfulfilled item(s) ) we would be happy to issue you a refund.

 

TaguArtsy will issue the refund for any unfulfilled purchased products via the payment method made for the products you requested a refund on. For example, if you purchased a product using a credit card and the product could not be fulfilled, then any refunds issued by the Site will be refunded to the credit or debit card (or PayPal account) used for the purchase of the unfulfilled product.

 

TaguArtsy also reserves the right to issue refunds by any other method, at the sole discretion of the Site, which includes but is not limited to check, money order or any other available financial transaction method.
