🇺🇸 United States

We offer free shipping on orders over $49.99 to:

  • Contiguous United States

  • Alaska

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

For orders under $49.99, shipping typically ranges between $4 – $9, depending on the mail service selected at checkout.

 

Processing Time:
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Free / First Class: 5–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

 

🇨🇦 Canada

We offer free shipping on orders over $74.99.

For orders below that amount, shipping typically ranges between $8.50 – $15, depending on the mail class selected.

 

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • First Class International: 9–10 business days

  • Priority International: 5–6 business days

 

Please note: Customs processing may add additional time.

🌎 International Shipping (55 Major Countries)

We offer discounted door-to-door tracked shipping to 55 major countries worldwide.

For other countries not listed, tracking updates may stop once the package leaves the United States.

International delivery times vary by destination.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.

 

During November and busy holiday periods, processing may take 2–4 business days.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days, please contact us at info@taguartsy.com.

Pre-Orders:
Pre-order items typically ship within 1–2 weeks.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive:

  1. An order confirmation email after checkout.

  2. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

 

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier first. If you still need help, we’re here for you.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers outside the U.S. may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, GST, or other import fees charged by their country.

These fees are not included in your purchase price.

TaguArtsy is not responsible for customs delays or additional government-imposed charges.

For UK customers: VAT and Royal Mail handling fees may apply upon delivery.

Important Shipping Notes

TaguArtsy is not responsible for:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or damaged packages (please contact the carrier first)

  • Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Stolen packages

 

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately before shipment.

Returns & Cancellations

At this time, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us. We truly care about your experience and will always do our best to help.

Refunds (If We Cannot Fulfill Your Order)

While we carefully monitor inventory, if an item becomes unavailable after your purchase:

  • We will notify you promptly.

  • A full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days, OR

  • We may offer store credit or a similar replacement item (your choice).

 

Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
